Dr. Harleen Bedi is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained oculoplastic surgeon. As Medical Director of BLEC, she leads a practice focused on measured precision and thoughtful counsel.

Her dual expertise in intraocular surgery and periocular reconstruction supports an approach where functional and aesthetic considerations are planned together, around the patient’s own anatomy and goals.

Approach

A measured, anatomy-first approach

Surgical recommendations at BLEC begin with assessment, and every plan is shaped around the patient’s own anatomy and goals.

  1. Assessment first

Eyelid position, ocular surface health, corneal measurements and your goals are reviewed before any recommendation is made.

  2. A plan around your anatomy

Functional and aesthetic considerations are planned together, around your own anatomy and goals.

  3. Options discussed openly

Alternatives are discussed openly, including when surgery is not the first step.

  4. Physician-led throughout

Your care is physician-led, from consultation to recovery.

Focus

Two focused specialties

Care is organized around two service pillars: cataract and refractive lens surgery, and oculoplastic eyelid surgery. This focus keeps assessment, planning, and surgery within one specialist framework.
